He told me to rip out everything back to the floorboards (the last un redlined post, and try again. This I have done. The blog tech then vanished into the wall again, saying that if I were any smarter I'd be dangerous. I'm not sure at all that this was a compliment.
At least it's fixed and I know I have someone living just outside my normal senses that will come out of the wall, scare the hell out of me, but make me do some thinking.
