We are getting ready to remodel the most important part of the house, the kitchen. At last, after 35 years of living with someone else's prior battery of our most intensively used room, it's getting a remodel. I'll report the tear out, the dust and the finish. The cabinet maker comes next week.
Oh, Last but not LEAST in importance on this fine day is that we must try to save the funding for PBS. They are after it again! What do they mean to leave us? The 14th Amendment rights have already been slashed to bits! And we don't have to be reminded that NOT protecting the constitution is a violation of the Oath of Office taken by a new president.
My youngest two learned to read very early, in part because of the PBS shows. Let's all try to save it! Go to Parade.com and read and vote, please.
Good luck with the kitchen renovation. That will be quite a job. Can't wait to see pictures. I love to see what other people do with their homes.
ReplyDeleteThanks Debby, I plan to keep pictures running along with this. Kitchen remodels can really test patience, and mine's a little short right now. The drawings were supposed to be finished Monday, and still no word. Well, I've waited this long so I'll just wait some more. There are so many worse things to have on your mind.
