You can find it here:
Organic Consumer Association
I subscribe to their newsletter which I find to be informative. There is a lot of interesting material on this site that would be interesting to the average bear, like me. Or, even enraged bears, or pacifist bears, fully awake Spring bears..... Anyway, I hope they will like this PLUG and will forgive the shameless use of one of their nifty icons to possibly reel in some " eco-salmon".

Awesome site! Thanks for sharing, it is part of my daily read now.

Way to go, Meribeth! Doesn't it give us hope to know that there are people out there who really are working hard for mother earth?
ReplyDeleteOh course I've got lots more to say about what happens when you leave this "all to the kids to solve", a comment heard recently. We all live here and enjoy Nature, so we should all be willing to help save it. One generation can't just hand back the problems it helped to create and get a free pass.
Oh, good! An opportunity to plug my favorite organic source - naturally colored cotton yarns and fabrics - suitable for knitting:

This site sells Sally Fox's organic, natural colored cotton. It actually deepens in color as it's washed and worn.
Plug away, Pogonip! I'm always on a search for cottons that are not grown like other soil depleting mono cultures. Thanks! :o)
ReplyDeleteLove the photo!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rissa! :o) Hope things are going smoothly for you. I'm going to vacuum floors tomorrow and catch up on blog reading! See you tomorrow!
