I can't believe this evil man, Cheney. He certainly doesn't respect that "G**D***** piece of paper" that Bush was going on about recently, and that we think is our biggest defense against tyranny. They must love oil so much they drink it three times a day and this has affected ALL their brain cells.

How in the hell does Cheney know what Jefferson wished? And please, I will not accept he has "read/understood" Jefferson's writings. Considering the way he has "understood" the Constitution and the LAWS of this country, he has no credibility.
