I don't like this one little bit... How will that help us be free? Won't it make it possible to suppress and jail more people for protesting what we are used to protesting?

The Pentagon’s plan calls for three rapid-reaction forces to be ready for emergency response by September 2011. The first 4,700-person unit, built around an active-duty combat brigade based at Fort Stewart, Ga., is already available to be deployed domestically."
No. Our new President-elect needs to nip this, or the 2nd amendment is going to be more important than ever.

Blackwater is trying to get a big foot print down jack booted into our County but so far it's been resisted. They need to be tarred, feathered and ridden out of town on a rail. We just don't need to be any more militarized than we are already. And that's a fact. This is how it starts, every single time.

ReplyDeleteThe military has been overstepping the Laws for some time now. And, if they get someone in place who won't play, they will do an end around. This just really pisses me off. After what I've seen happen on the campaign trail, I don't trust those whom we entrusted to carry the guns. I'm getting afraid of what they will do next.
Yep, and with the economy in the toilet, the numbers of recruits is up significantly. So that will give the fresh meat to send overseas and to make sure the folk at home behave like good boys and girls.
