My Amygdule in place
If you enlarge the picture you can see there are hundreds of tiny amygdules across the face of the basalt as well.
OfTroy that's interesting that the word is related to almond. Many we find are almond shaped with a sort of funny twist on the end like an elongated air bubble in glass. It's true that very few are as round appearing as the one in this "yard rock". Most are more almond shaped.
