This is how I've kept my sanity while knitting the Manly-Beastly Aran Sweater

This thing has been a lot of fun, really. I'm comfortable with it now that everything is clear to me about what it looks like, as the charts are sort of backwards to me, meaning the white spaces seem more likely to be the purls and not the knits. It's just me.

There are crossing cables in the beginning that I'll just have to call the "Amish" tribute to God. Maybe, just MAYBE, they will be ok after the blocking but at the point where it became apparent that they were back there suffering, it was way too late for me to go back and do much about it. I'm neither that brave, or that much of a masochistic, to have "tinked" back through all those twisting cables. GAH!
