272. Do you know yourself well enough to understand why you feel the way you do?
I do that. I know myself really well. this is different than having control of mind and/or body, you realize.
273. Which do you do more often: let movies, songs and books put your feelings into words for you or put your feelings into words by yourself?
I can express myself very well.
274. Do you believe celebrities when they are endorsing a product?
No. I am a non-consumer of celebrity flogged goods, for the most part. I do pay attention to Swiffer developments, however.
275. What kind of movies do you wish were made more often?
Romantic comedies. Good comedies of any sort, actually. People need to laugh. Good Spy Spoofs are one of my favorite things, too.
276. Does fashion matter to you?
I love fashion, though I hardly care to buy any of it. I really am interested in comfort at my age.
277. Should politicians be held to the same legal standards as everyone else?
They are American citizens so yes, they should be tried for their transgressions, like, well, bank fraud, high treason and profiteering from wars. You know, those sort of things. As to who they are sleeping with? I don't care a fig as long as they aren't on a junket..
278. What do you get in trouble for the most?
I'm not sure what trouble I've even been in the last few years. Maybe it's trying to fly out of flower beds, or maybe trying to reach for things on the top shelves? Maybe I eat too many nachos?
279. Should parents spank their kids?
No, it's not a good idea. Not being the alpha male or female like their parents, the kids just need to understand their right place in the family hierarchy. You don't have to hit them to get this across, but you will have to do a lot of marking of territories and giving jaw dropping lectures.
280. What is your worst daily habit?
I am on the computer too much. hehe
281. If you had your choice which one TV show would you have canceled?
I don't watch shows until they hit Netflix, so I've got no opinion on this.

I lean towards salt but not by much.
283. Are you very precise about what words you use to describe your feelings and thoughts?
Oh, yes, I am very articulate.
284. What do you feel the most guilty about?
I wish I'd been a better mother to my two eldest daughters. They didn't get my best efforts.
285. Do you meditate?
Oh. I misread that at first and thought it said Mediate. Yes, I meditate, and am learning to maintain it throughout the day - just barely learning, obviously.
286. Can dreams be visions, or do you feel they are always random images?
I believe in the Dreamtime that Aboriginals talk of. Dreams can be visions. The Native Americans believe in dreams and visions as well. I think they are more in tune to the Universe.
287. Do you try to write/say what you are feeling in a true and simple way?
I strive for truth and simplicity, as well as for clarity, not always succeeding.
288. The thief _______ that everyone steals.
What verb would you fill in the blank with?
I would put in "believes"
Proves? This proves that a thief will try to justify their own stealing in this way.
289. What's the most incredible experience you ever had?
I had a vision that changed my life forever.
290. Are you ever afraid to write/say/think how you feel?
Oh yes, but sometimes things must be said, or shared, so others will feel encouragement in their own experiences.
291. Do you write/say/think it anyway or become intimidated and try to avoid it?
I am not willing to be silent when so many women worldwide cannot speak freely, even in their own families. I find this terribly sad.
292. What is one thing you can't do?
I can no longer ride my bike. That made me sad for a long, long time. But, I got over it.
293. Do you like movies starring Charleton Heston (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charleton_Heston)?
No
294. Are you gentle?
Gentle as possible.
295. When do you feel the most raw and vulnerable?
When some terrible thing has happened and people start fighting over what should be done, and end up being able to do nothing at all, and it's usually the money that wins..
296. Are you trying to find yourself?
I know who I am.
297. Where are you looking?
Inside
298. Are you sometimes afraid of being honest because you are afraid of hurting people's feelings?
I am not that brutally honest anymore. Mostly I take the view that time and life are the greatest teachers. That is except when it comes to people in love with money, or power. We have to get a leash on them.
299. What would make you a stronger person?
Being twenty again, knowing what I know now.
300. What book would you like to read sometime soon?
I have a queue of twenty five books. I need to make time to read them.
