Thankful Thursday

I am thankful for our great vets(Wolfie is recovering slowly), and my camera.

I can't say enough good things about this little Canon. 

We went to a park the other day, to give wee Wolfie a teeny bit of exercise.  Here's some snaps.  Braircrest is a very small urban park, created from part, I think, of a school yard when a big freeway was plowed through the school playgrounds.  I could be wrong, but that's pretty close to what happened.  (SORRY, the site was a reservoir across the street from a Grammar School.  The School is still there as a library for a special purpose.)

James Hubbell  also designed and helped to build the Peace Park on Shelter Island.  Students from all over the world came and worked on that park.

I'll show you more tomorrow.  Today we went to have a legal doc made, and we amused ourselves with a lot of black humor.  I'll maybe say more tomorrow about the "Ashes Debate" at the attorney's office.  It was pretty fun!  No, no one is dying.  It was just time to Do the Sensible Thing!  I'll raise a glass to that!
