Well, well, well. What have we here? Sunday Stealing!

Well, I'll Be...

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of memes from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent memes. You may have heard the expression, “honor amongst thieves”. In that age-old tradition, we try to credit the blog that we stole it from. We also provide a link to the victim's meme in our "Previous Victims" widget. (It's our way of saying "Thanks!") Sometimes we edit the original meme, to make it more relevant to our global players, to challenge our players, to select the best questions, or simply to make it less repetitive from this new meme or recently asked questions from a previously featured meme.
Cheers to all of us thieves!!!

Well, I'll Be... Meme

If I were a month, I’d be:
A month of Sundays.  I like that idea.

If I were a day of the week, I’d be:
Friday.  I like Friday for some reason, I guess because it was a really important day to get to most of my life.

If I were a planet, I’d be:
Earth, I like it best.

If I were a god or goddess, I’d be:
Artemis, the Goddess of the Hunt and the Moon, my next favorite celestial body.  Besides, I could keep an eye on Mother Earth, too.

If I were a sea animal, I’d be:

A California Sea Otter.  They are cute, live in family groups and don't ever have to come out of the ocean.

If I were a piece of furniture, I’d be:
A lamp made out of Rose Quartz, carved, like they have at the Hearst Castle.

If I were a gemstone, I’d be:
A yellow Diamond.  It's my favorite diamond color.

If I were a flower, I’d be a:
Bearded Iris.  I'd be yellow, because yellow is sort of my astral color.

If I were a kind of weather, I’d be:
Snowy.  But the kind that just comes in the high mountains and stays all summer.

If I were a color, I’d be:
Goldenrod

If I were an emotion, I’d be:
Love

If I were a fruit, I’d be a:
Strawberry.

If I were a sound, I’d be:
The sound of the wind.

If I were an element, I’d be:
Zenon, as it is inert and has never been altered or used but remains primordial, from the beginning of time it has existed, unchanged.

If I were a place, I’d be:
The Four Corners Region, the most stable place in North America, because it's a special place.

If I were a taste, I’d be:
Salty, like the Eternal Ocean.

If I were a scent, I’d be:
an 'Angel Face' Rose

If I were an object, I’d be a:
The Rosetta Stone, because I would be an object that could lead the way into the past civilizations.

If I were a body part, I’d be:
The Heart, because it is the Center of Being.

If I were a song, I’d be:
Sung by the wind through the sails on the high seas.

If I were a pair of shoes, I’d be:
Sandals for a baby so that I'd be passed down through a family, until I wore out, and get to help new ones walk around and explore the world.

  1. "Sandals for a baby." I really liked that, it made me picture them in my mind. :-)

    1. It would be fun to help little kids out wouldn't it, Karen..
My kidlets, up to around four years old, normally went bare foot,or wore little mocs and sandals because we thought that they would get better footholds in life. I hope it helped them. When they were around 2, the older DD's got tiny hiking boots for camping, so they could be like the "Big Dogs".

    1. Thank you Country Dew. And Goldenrod is a paint color that is sort of reminiscent of the dreaded "Harvest Gold" But it makes me happy. Nostalgia?
