Sunday Stealing!
Really Random Meme
Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of memes from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent memes. You may have heard the expression, “honor amongst thieves”. In that age-old tradition, we try to credit the blog that we stole it from. We also provide a link to the victim's meme in our "Previous Victims" widget. (It's our way of saying "Thanks!") Sometimes we edit the original meme, to make it more relevant to our global players, to challenge our players, to select the best questions, or simply to make it less repetitive from this new meme or recently asked questions from a previously featured meme.Cheers to all of us thieves!!!

Do you believe that Walt Disney is really frozen?
Actually I have never even really thought about this.
Do you believe its easy to forgive and forget?
No, it's not easy. To be honest I think there are some things that are unforgettable but the victim must strive to forgive what happened. Otherwise such terrible things will cripple a person for life. Whatever someone did to you (no matter how ghastly) to get past that terrible thing, it's a MUST to forgive it. I'm not saying such a person need be in your life anymore. Just that you forgive it to be able to move on. I've had some experience with these things, so I'm trying to say, Forgive it.

Is there anyone who knows your entire life story?

No. "Celebraaaation time, Come on!"

My Birthday is coming up first.

At Halloween, I go for the witch or the Wench. A clown I played in carnival.

Hunting no, fishing yes. Fishing quite a bit. I love surfcasting. It was the most fun I had fishing, ever. I loved when the line whipped out over my head and the Lead carried the gear way, way out in the surf. It was exhilarating!

Did you have an imaginary friend as a child?
No because I had a cousin who lived close by who was only 7 months older than I. We were fast friends and did almost everything together, including getting in big, big trouble sometimes. hehehe
Which parent do you look most like?
My mother, brother, sister, and I talked about this when Mother was still alive; we decided that I looked the most like the perfect blend between my mother and the paternal unit. My brother looked more like my mother, and Sis looks most like the Paternal side.

Is music a daily part of your life?
Yes. Plus, I think music is something to live for. It's easily one of the greatest things about human beings that they appreciation music and have the ability to enjoy it, whether or not they play musical instruments themselves.
Is your self esteem high or low?
I'd really just characterize it as good enough for me to be comfortable in my own skin.
Saying you can "forget" a painful thing is like saying you can "forget" your child after you bury him. It's unreasonable. Forgiving is a different thing.
ReplyDelete(By the way, I love your fall header! Beautiful!)
Bev, I completely agree with what you've said about "forgetting". It's not going to happen. Besides, its not part of the "bargain" anyway; also, you learn something from all experiences and need to remember for your safety.
DeletePS. Thank you about the header. Loving Fall as most do, t goes up on the dot!
DeleteI've never thought of buying yarn on ebay. hmmm...
ReplyDeleteBetter find your favorites fast, lol. There are great bargains there. ;-)
DeleteThanks for your visit to my site today! Yes, I'm a December baby, too. I refuse to open any birthday gift wrapped in Christmas paper!! LOL
ReplyDeleteLol! That's the spirit, Terri! My Mother always made sure there was a cake and very few combined presents, ever. One the other hand, with my Irish twins, with birthdays a year and a day apart, I think we didn't do so good as she had, though. There was one big cake a lot of years.
DeleteI agree with you. Some things are hard to forgive. That's why I like to just move on.
ReplyDeleteMoving on is best. It may take time but it's the best thing to do. Agreed.
Deletehaha i don't wear makeup ever but in the past week i've been asked if i was feeling okay because i looked sick or upset which usually means i *will* be sick. ugh. i'd like to think i was just upset because i'm another year older. :P (although i am very grateful to have been able to make it to another year!!)

I tried to comment on your blog but this iPad bucks and wheels when I try. I'll catch up on the PC, soon.
I think buying yarn on ebay is a good idea. I don't buy much on there, but I have made a purchase or two. But not yarn.
ReplyDeleteHave a peek just for yarn, CountryDew. I don't buy yarn anymore but did make several purchases from sellers. Mine might go up there someday. Lots and lots of sock yarn! heehee
