Saturday 9 Christmas Eve

1. As you can see, Sam loved giving her annual wish list to Santa. Yet some children are reluctant to climb into Jolly Old St. Nick's lap. Did you enjoy the tradition or were you shy? Or did you by pass it altogether -- either because you wrote him a letter or because your family didn't celebrate Christmas?
I never went to see Santa, but did write him letters.  Also,  once when I was in my fifties, early in the day at the mall, Santa was standing outside his little "hut" and we looked at each other and he held out his arms and I ran to him and gave him a great big hug.  That was fun.

2. Are you currently on the Naughty or Nice list? How did you get there?
Ha!  I'm on the naughty list because I'm humbugging Christmas this year.  But we'll probably put up a tree on Christmas Day.

3. Did you ship any gifts to friends and family this year? If so, which one traveled the farthest?

No, and it's because it's just so much easier to send through amazon, iTunes, or other places.  Really kind of cool this new mode of "shopping ".

4. Did you buy yourself a gift this year?
No, I did not.  Bah! Humbug!!  Heehee

5. What's your favorite holiday-themed movie?
I really like and have since it came out, liked to watch, "One Magic Christmas". And I like both versions of The Bishop's Wife".  How can anyone have just one favorite?

6. Thinking of movies, Christmas is lucrative for Hollywood. Have you ever gone to a movie theater on Christmas Day?
No.

7. Have you ever suffered an embarrassing moment at the company Christmas party?
I've never been to a company Christmas party.

8. What's your favorite beverage in cold weather?
Hot lemon ginger tea with honey 🍯 yum!

9. Share a memory from last Christmas.
We spent the day quietly and ate all the fudge?  I can't seem to remember last Christmas, sorry.

  5. Do you ever wonder who was under that Santa beard anyway? You should be more careful. It could have been an orange windbag for all you know! Have a great holiday :)

    1. LOL!! The Orange windbag, so nonpereil, THANKS TO GOD, is no Santa Claus.
To answer your question, I do wonder sometimes,if maybe the Archangel Michael is masquerading, but that huggy Santa was the real deal - Human and loving his lot in life.

    1. Merry Christmas Smellyanne! Glad to have lifted your 'boo. What exactly is that? Hahaha. Kindle, unlike rainman, has not got skills, so when typing in my replies I have to watch it like a hawk, the little brigand!
