Nearly 1000 Ukrainian refugees waiting at the Tijuana border

This was filmed a few days ago, I believe. I'm glad that California can help.  I am sad for other refugees from warfare or other terrible situations in the world who don't get good treatment at our border. 
But this is truly an urgent humanitarian crisis, Putin's War.  He truly OWNS this one.
