The First:
Learn to meditate. I did this approximately 60 years ago, so as to have a little vacation for my brain.
The Second:
Always look for the Beautiful, which is sometimes on the tiniest locations. Once my daughter Laura came in from outside filled with great excitement. She had found a "pregnant pill bug" in the leaf litter of the trees. We dashed back outside to see it.
And there it was, with tiny, ghost like babies all lined up on it's underside. She was delighted, and so was I.
The Third:
Listen carefully to the wind in a quiet place. Also, use singing bowls, or set up Japanese bells that move in the wind, in a quiet place in your garden.
