This doilie is my oldest daughter's handiwork. She did it without a pattern and it's triangular. She is a math major so maybe that's what comes of liking math too much. hehe... She likes fractals which fit into this way of seeing things,too.
Tell your daughter I said good job!! this is beautiful. My aunt wants me to make her a doily but I only know how to chain. I'm a beginner knitter and have been looking for a pattern to knit her one. Again your daughter did a fantastic job.
Awww, thank you all for your nice comments, and I will pass them along to my DD1. She's the only non knitter in the family but boy can she ever crochet. Thank you all for peeking in.
