That is a great piccy. I love the sea, it changes so often. I took heaps of piccys of the sea when I was in Queensland, the light is so different there to here.
Joanm, the moods of the seas around us are endlessly fascinating. I've done three seascapes in oils, one set in moon light and two by day, one of them a view off a cliff at Big Sur, but the sea was always different and exotic. A source of mysteries always.
Oh Jane, I know it, and you know that I do, too. I can hear things call to me from it, not with my ears but with my heart. I'm very lucky to now live so near to it. You're welcome for the story. It proved one fact to me, though. I should not commit to print late at night but do the proof in Word first!

Very nice. I have an oil of the sea crashing against the rocks above my bed. :-D Very moody and broody...blues and black. Water is a favorite subject.
