Eastern End Pagoda in the International Friendship Park

 
This is in the public boat launch area, so it looks a little odd where it is built because of that. If our city hadn't been nearly bankrupt by mismanagement of the politicos, and trying to suck up to major leagues, we would have more public art, artfully landscaped and cared for.

    I think I know what you mean, it does look strange but then a lot of his stuff does. That's modern sculpture for ya! =o\ I love the mosaics and the iron work.
