Eastern End Pagoda in the International Friendship Park
This is in the public boat launch area, so it looks a little odd where it is built because of that. If our city hadn't been nearly bankrupt by mismanagement of the politicos, and trying to suck up to major leagues, we would have more public art, artfully landscaped and cared for.

I don't really like it at all. It looks like the entrance to a discount store on the east coast that is always filthy.
