I've never figured out how to properly manage answering comments in Blogger and have considered switching to another place just because of this problem. But, Blogspot handles pictures so well and who needs another headache like that one?
Well, here goes.. the five comments on the post under the picture of the PostCard for the August exchange:
Sarah-Hope, thank you so much! It's time to camp the mailbox, yay! *breaks out the Big umbrella, cold drink, spritz bottle and water proof yarn*. hehe
Chris, Thanks for your comment on the card. Also, I have to check out Lofty the Lighthouse Bug. I've been ignoring my own links lately. Now I am starting, in earnest, on a three year old project of a baby quilt for my grand niece. She was two when I offered to do it. Sheesh! What a slacker I've turned into. It might even be a four year thing. My little niece is such a sweet little girl and I need to do this for her.
Vicki, soon.. they went out in this mornings mail. Hopefully the hair was dry all the way through. *bites nails*
Hi Annie, nice to see your name pop up. You are still my favorite Tryker, you know. We still carry sammiches in your honor. Thanks for the comment on the card. Soon I will put up the whole group of cards here. I promise, they are going to be lovely.
Meribeth, Thank you. Post cards are fun to make and there's a learning curve to it. I might have said it before but scaling down ideas is the hard part for me, as I'm used to having a space any size I want to create for images. Vicki's work is truly amazing. Go have a look at her latest postcard. That is art with a capital "A".
I'll have more knitting to post of Gretchen though the KAL ended. I'll just keep the button up because it's so beautiful and I'm not done anyway! The sock and the glove will be knit as well when it's cool in the evenings and I'm sick and tired of sewing.
