Wow! Great pics! Very cool. How did you get them?
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Liz.
ReplyDeleteThe how of it: DH says that he did it very low tech. He sat in a chair for the first pictures and braced the cam with his knee on the edge of the chair in the early pictures when there was more light.
Then, as the light dimmed, he couldn't hold the cam steady enough so he switched to steadying the cam on the roof rack of the jeep. He said he took a lot of pictures using different settings and just showed me the best ones. He used the LCD to view.
I can't see in the dark and also had stayed up til 2am. I'm glad he was able to do this. We just wouldn't have gotten any pics if I'd had to take them.
the photos are great!
ReplyDeletecheck out my blog for a southern hemisphere attempt with non SLR Sony!

ReplyDeleteYa, that delete was one of my own posts, I had made a mistake I couldn't live with, and one that would haunt me, probably not for life but for months.
ReplyDeleteHui, I looked all over for the sony SoHemi pics. I guess you have them in an album?
