Listen Carefully to this narrator.

I'm calling this a public service announcement.

The narrator is talking about what is happening on public lands that already belong to the people, but which are being increasingly used to generated money for a forest service that doesn't show any inclination to explain why they collect them or who gets the fees.

  1. This "fee" collection brings to mind the paid valet parking spaces at Balboa Park near the Mingei Museum and across from the San Diego Museum of Art on the "free" parking lot provided for park visitors.

  2. Wow, Jan, I live here and didn't know about that one! I do know finding an open parking space at Balboa Park is a really nutzo trial. And yes, it doesn't make any sense at all for there to be Valet parking on a free lot. The people did fight to keep free parking at the zoo.

I’m going through some stuff but I will peek in now and then and will be back when it’s over..

I messed up my theme.

And I can’t get the old one back.  Hope this is readable.  Still working on it.  Tried something from the P.C.and that was a  MISTAKE,
