It's a toe from a knee high. The catnip goes in it so it can't dribble out the stitches. I cannot felt this little rascal, so this is a test mouse, to be sent out to a friend for testing. This is like trying to stuff a tiny turkey.
MM is about 4 inches long without a tail, which adds another 5 inches. It's really a cute little booger. I'll take snaps soon.
I'm now thinking I will hand it to an "Only Cat", my sister's mog called Midnight. I'm hoping to get instant feedback in this way. The habitat it was meant for has four cats, all male, and I'm afraid of starting a Feline War!
So, I'm starting immediately on four mice that will, hopefully, keep the peace amongst the Brotherhood of Cats to the North.
I hope the feline recipient is suitably grateful - this looks like a big job for such a little mouse :)
