This man, Matthew Alexander, former interrogator in the torture of prisoners, does have the right to speak and shall we call it, the Moxie, to rebuke Cheney for his words about how torture "saved" Americans from terrorist attacks.

It amazes me, leaves me totally floored, when people talk about the efficacy of "enhanced interrogation techniques." That's not the point! The point is that the end never, never justifies the means. What is wrong remains wrong no matter how you play with the language. Torture is just wrong. There's really nothing more to be said, is there?
