I'm only a slice o' the feather as far as being Irish, as two maternal GG parents were from there. But the DH had a full on Irish Grandma. I remember her well as the gentle, kind lady whom I loved to bits.
With such a deep Irish heritage, my kids can kick up their heels today and celebrate with that green beer and the wearin'o'the green.
