I'm not going to rant anymore. This should please some of you, and it will certainly be easier on my liver.
I just want to sort my junk, recycle some of it, knit, read, garden and think about the Universe and it's Immensity. It's a worthy life to live for a gray haired semi-hermetic personage. The Irony is that I still don't trust a WHOLE philosophy espoused by the followers of a truly interesting and Godly personage.
I think we have a fabric here that is revealed to be whole only when we detect the existence of all the threads. I'm looking for the threads. String theories may not be all that wacko.
I'd have to agree that we can't really judge because from our perspective here we can't really see everything in this dimension, let alone in the quantum physics way of things. Sometimes I just have to step aside and enjoy the bits of the world I can see instead of trying to understand the inexplicable. Otherwise I'd be screaming and baning my head against the wall a good part of the time.
ReplyDeleteI happened to visit your blog today and I found it to be such a joy to read. Have a wonderful day, Lella.
ReplyDeleteEllen, thanks, and well spoken. Slowing down, or stepping aside, moving one's mind out of range of the noise and strife for a time is the only way to stay sane.
ReplyDeleteI still feel that this tiny planet, lost on the edge of the universe, does play some cosmic part in our spiritual development.
We do have those amazing celestial clues dropped near our feet every 2000 or so years. This shows to me that we are luckier than we deserve!
Solaris. thank you for visiting, and for the good wishes; that was very kind. I did have an unusually good day and hope that you did as well.
