"Everyone can master a Grief but he who has it”
William Shakespeare
Greed is an incredibly contagious disease 🦠 And, it’s a shame when anyone catches it.

Work Station

This is my work station. It took quite awhile to accumulate the bits and pieces but it's something cheerful, though the rest is messy with piles of papers from the printed out patterns, etc. It makes me happy.

I've almost finished the purple hempathy mitt for my DD1, and will cast on the second one soon.

We are having such cool weather that it is weird. This is like early May. I'm very happy about it, make no mistake! If the Supreme Being is listening, this is THE PERFECT summer to me. I feel like I'm living in Hawaii or San Francisco. Lovely!

Sis and I were going to go to the Natural History Museum next week but the cost is much steeper (it's doubled) than it was the last time we wandered it's beautiful collections. This little excursion will have to wait for a free day. :p

Meanwhile, the neighbor was hacking away at the cape honeysuckle, again, so I went out to take pictures of my favorite little bird before "neighbor" scares it away entirely.

Yes, it's our bush but he doesn't mind whacking away at it, even to cut back on our side. Aren't some neighbors hard to deal with? We don't do much about him. We just hope that if the house ever sells in our lifetime, that someone who adores birds moves in there.
