I thought there were two rainbows until a teacher coming from the school pointed out that they were actually the ends of a single one, and she pointed out that the red was on the outside of both ends.
It's easily the biggest one I've ever seen. Lots of clouds were in between those two "rainbow's ends" and the sky lightened dramatically from one end to the other. It was almost sunset after a rainy day. Rain in September. Amazing. It hasn't happened much at all since DH, Sis and I were kids!
