These little aliens were spotted recently in Balboa Park's famous cactus garden. They turned their backs to the camera to escape detection. They were too quick for the camera but not quick enough for the camera's operator, who tried speaking to them in at least 25 Human languages to get them to turn around again and smile.
In addition, the beings refused to react at all despite the best efforts of a black ant to bite one of them in a tender spot next to what appeared to be a node for communication.
