Ask me no questions and I'll tell you no lies...Sunday Stealing Ask, ASK ...

ASK!

The button is in the sidebar for this interesting and lively meme.

CHEERS TO ALL US THIEVES!

Ask, ask, ASK--part 2

26 - Did you have an accident last year?
I don't think so....  it's hard to remember last year right now.  Can I get back to you?

27 - Do you have any famous relatives?
Nope sorry, no very interesting ones except some McCoys.  But you all know that.  Infamous is what they were.
28 - Did you ever had a kiss under the moonlight?
Who over the age of 18 hasn't?

29 - Have you ever been jealous?
Of course.  I used to be jealous of little blond girls.  I'm so over it.

30 - How can you prove your love to someone?
In General?  Just by standing with them in anything life threatening, or shortening, and holding their hand in times of trouble.  That is the greatest expression of Love there is.  Romantic love is dying for someone.  And you thought I was going to say it was Ess Eee X.

31 - What are you thinking right now?
I'm not committing it to the internet.  I don't want to go to prison.  I'm too old for that crap, and I don't look good in Orange.

32 - Have you ever sacrificed something important to you for someone you love?
Yes, I have.  I decided to have that baby.  That baby turned out to be twins who, along with their sisters, have lit up my life with the whole gamut of  human experiences and emotions.  I love them so much.

33 - Can you live without internet?
I can, but I'd rather not.

34 - Have you been so emotional that you can’t find words to explain how you feel?
I've been so emotional that I couldn't even talk.

35 - Did you ever badmouth someone?
Such a question.  It's human to have, at least ONCE in our lives, bad mouthed someone.  Believe me, they had it coming.

36 - What do you prefer, jeans or skirt?
I used to live in jeans.  Not anymore.  Long skirts yes.

37 - Do you have trust issues?
Since I no longer trust the Universe, yes, I do.

38 - What's something that you made all on your own and are incredibly proud of?
My art work and silversmithing.  I'm not what you call incredibly proud of it, it's just such a good feeling to think back about it and know that, yes, I really did make all that stuff.

39 - Who’s the person who first comes to your mind when someone mentions “love”?
The wonderful guy that danced into my life one night, out of the blue, and saved me.

40 - Who was the last person you hugged?
Him.  We'd been moving boxes and I was a little bent over to the side, and he hugged me straight on back up.  Sweet!

41 - Do you believe in the phrase “If it’s meant to be, it will be”?
No, I believe in things that are good luck, things that are bad luck, and things that happen when you are busy making plans.  Those are the sure bets in Life.

42 - Do people praise you for your looks?
Not anymore but once upon a time, yes.

43 - Do you believe in destiny?
I believe in good luck, bad luck and things that happen when you are busy making plans.

44 - Have you ever thought “I already found my soulmate”?
Yes.  At this time, I feel like a part of someone else's soul.

45 - Do you like nicknames that are from your name?
My Name IS someone's nickname, so there isn't any further to go with it.  I guess you could call me Zipporahlina..  I sort of feel a Dean Martin song coming on......

46 - Could you ever be a vegan?
Yes, I only eat a little meat because I need to at this time in life, if I want to live longer.  The jury is still out on the Iffy part of that.
47 - Do you currently have bruises on your body?
On the internet we are supposed to talk about the bruises on our bodies?  I know, I'm the woman who put the stitches on the wrist and knee up here.  Don't ask about my bruises.  The dog charges in from his walks and hits me full force on my right leg when he leaps up into my chair with me in it.  I've quit looking at them or even counting them.

48 - What should you be doing right now?
I should be reading a library book, but the library loan ended and they snatched it back faster than a far...well pretty fast!  I'm planning on reading a kid's book I found today that was published in 1914.  I'll see if I can read that one.

49 - I read in a magazine that shoulder pads are coming back. Are you happy to hear this or do you not find them to be very attractive?
Because I was a swimmer almost my entire life, I have broad shoulders.  But I do like the look just can't wear it without looking like I played football all my life.
Think of this: Without "Big Hair" women are going to look like pin heads again, though.  Better be prepared for the Big Hair, too, eh?  I'm practicing, "eh", and my Canadian aphorisms and cadences lately.  I wonder why?

50 - Did you ever feel like you’re not good enough?
I've always known I'm not good enough but it's never stopped me.  Is this a Psychological Profiling thingie because if it is I want to take the Rorschach blot test that goes with that.

Anyone want to join me, Go HERE  to TheInkBlot.com site.  Fun fun for the whole family, at least the fingerpainting crowd, who will get a big kick out of it.

And now, we're going to get ready to sail for Tasmania!  We'll probably bank off the Hawaiian Islands and hit Fiji, Samoa, and New Caledonia- then on toward Bass Strait. G'Day Mates!

    1. Well, thank you. Zipporah is also a real name and Zippy is the nickname. It was my handle in IRC until some troll started potty mouthing with it. That's IRC for ya...

    1. At my neighbor's granddaughter's wedding, I clearly remember the pixie hairdos wearing big shoulders and thought that. I hope those styles are a bit smaller than last time, as if I'll be buying dresses - sweats and slippers maybe but not dresses.

  6. Feeling not good enough?!? YOU? !?! NO!
You're salt of the earth, if I've ever seen it.
Good, kind, reflective, active - more like you, and the world would truly be a better place.

  7. Thank you for your continual kindness and supportive words, Karen.

I've overcome a lot of it- my feelings of worthlessness, but as I grew up dirt poor, with a crazy and abusive dad who made sure that we all knew that he could kill any of us just about any time he wanted to, we didn't feel part of the population that was of any value.

And we all hid this from the world. So, that was they way I felt at home. At school, I was a very smart and together kid, but I was considered "of mixed race", whatever in the hell that meant. I'm white and native american. Anyway, I got treated like every other "Mestizo" that the Los Angeles County School board dealt with. And L.A. County at that time was harsh! Some teachers were wonderful, and some were terrible. The kind ones gave me courage.
