Thursday 13: Flowers of Trescony gardens...

These go from the oldest to newest, from when we first started going to the garden in around 2010 or so.
Enjoy them.  I don't know what all of them are called, just that they are, or were, in Trescony at one time.  The last few are from this year.  I'll try to ID them all, but we'll see.

  1. Those tiger lilies grow wild here on the Blue Ridge Parkway in VA. Right now the wild rhododendrons are in bloom everywhere. I love flowers and enjoyed looking at yours. Sandy posted a photo of a bellyache plant, which I had never heard of.

  2. Hi Colleen. Rhodies grow in Northern California and on up the rest of the Pacific Northwest coast. They are so very beautiful! I'm happy that you have both these and the beautiful tiger lilies blooming for you. I'll have to go look at the Bellyache plant. lol Sounds very intriguing!

  4. Hi CountryDew. I had to track down a few of them using Google images. Clematis is something I've always wanted to plant but didn't recognize it in my photos.
