The very dark entrance into Fern Canyon. This is just like the entrance to another world and everyone tries to respect the quiet beauty of it all. I think if you are going to go to Northern California, this is a place you should see. No large vehicles can get in, or indeed are allowed in. So bring something smaller than a motor home.
