Molly Ivins

I'm going to be away from blogging for a couple of weeks to calm down, get some knitting and sewing done, and to think about "the meaning of life".

This is a link to an obituary, in The Nation, for Molly Ivins . I will miss this woman for the rest of my life.

    I must admit I had not heard of Molly Ivins, but after having followed the link, I definitely would have liked her.

    Hope you'll be back soon with lots of sewing and knitting to share.

    Sometimes we need a break from things and a chance to ponder where we are and how that relates to the world around us.

    Knitting sewing and walks on the beach are all good things to do during this time ...
