Chris, with whom I share a love of lighthouses, sent me this link to Geocaching in Australia.
Since this is early days in the Summer, it's a good time to investigate fun things, and this is one. All you need is a Global Positioning System unit, a GPS. The fun part is that people are putting caches in odd places to be found by others using a GPS. Some of these are being carried around the world to different locations, like the one that was found at a light house in Australia which the maker is hoping will be carried and cached at light houses around the world. What could be more fun? A treasure hunt without finding more STUFF you have to actually add to your piles of STUFF at home. This is another site I found on the web.
Happy Hunting!
Yes, I'm knitting. And I'm reading mysteries as fast as I can. They are easier to solve than Life after all. I need a good cooling off period after blowing my top. Who knows why that happens? With more PT on Tuesday, maybe they can re-attach it?
