It's half a world away, in Tasmania. Thanks for playing the guessing game, sarah-hope, ar and trish.
Our friend Chris was walking the shoreline one day and snapped the pictures. I was going through her pictures and was struck by just how much like the Northern or Central Coast of California this place is. The eucalyptus trees in the foreground and the hills in the background are so like some areas of the Northern and Central Coast. DH's guess was that the area was up by the Humbolt River Delta. See, it's really like it. He knows that coast well.
I'd also like to say a "Thank You" all for the encouragement on the new look of the blog. I still want to try to get back some of my add-ons, like the progress bars, and finish re-populating the blog list, but I like the labels list, bigger fonts and the flickr add on. With a few more old buttons back, it will be done.
Snaps of the malabrigo with the Patons for the purse are on the way. It's been so hot, and I need to water all the ferns and feed them. Hope y'all have a very nice day!

ReplyDeleteThanks Rissa, it sure is different working with the customizable rule set.
ReplyDeleteThat header wasn't going to be that big but I couldn't figure out how to make it smaller, then it grew on me. It's a picture taken of a bouquet of flowers from the local farmer's market. Really eye popping! Even a little scary... =o)
