Some mergers and acquisitions. First, a gifted skein of Sundara met up with Silky Alpaca from a stash busting at GFTC. Go check it out! These diverse yarns found that they were almost Identical in color. A DNA test has been ordered. If the results are positive, there will joy all around as a family (color family) is re-united after many years of searching for one another.
The books are delicious lace ones mostly, some brand new, some used, and the little Animal book has been on my wish list for two years. Some very cute animals are inside. We will see if it's as easy to do this as the author makes it look. I've set this as a Christmas project to make little pins for hats.
The Manly sweater is starting to rise above the "Curse of the Love Sweater". And you thought this only happened to young couples! No, the curse can affect even geriatric senior citizen's sweater knittings as well! Be Warned! It may take a slightly different course, but cursed it is.
