A paper on Immigration flow and changes of Policy for the United States.

I've read THIS paper, found in an unsuccessful search for the demographic breakdown of "illegal aliens". Since I think it is a significant factual addition to the interesting topic of immigration and how it's shaped our nation, I'm passing it on.

The United States still remains a haven for the world, and all but the remnants of the original indigenous inhabitants are immigrants to this land.

We should all be thinking more clearly about this fact when anyone starts saber rattling over their own claim to ownership of America. Outside of those noted above, we are ALL immigrants, or the progeny of same.
