It is the highest rating. The system was changed in the 90's, and the X rating renamed to NC-17, but everyone knows what that means. It still means not to let anyone younger in the theater, and don't bring your grandmother to see this film.

Yes, isn't it beautiful, this public art? It's great that this time the artist let us have a peek at how it's done, showing overhead or high side views of the chalk paintings. I've still not seen it in person but, maybe, some day....
