My temper got the best of me, and I unloaded a cannon on my sister for criticizing our brother. Such cheek! Anyway, this was a day of roses, and a visit by my sister (who has miraculously put herself back together), fish and chips down by the bay where I KIP (knit in public)on the Noro sweater. We came back home to watch a movie called, "The Queen", with Helen Mirren. We two cried tears for this one, and even DH let out a few sniffles. I cried for humanity, too - for our loss.
Here are the roses. There were so many pinks but the light was too bright for a good shot. This little one in the back was in the shade enough to get it's photo op, quite by accident, and now it is a star. lol
