I want to make something simple out of these.  They are two different colorways of 100 grams.  Sock It To Me.  Since I'm not quite up to dyeing my own yarn yet, and it will be probably next summer before that happens, I fell for these beautiful yarns from Elann when they put them on sale.  $9 for a pair of hand knits?  Not bad!

Tort tot report:  Button is off his feed.  So we are hoping that he didn't get a shred of carrot down the wrong way, and will be just fine after a good soaking in warm water.  He's still so tiny that he's a worry.  He was born in September of 2009 and is still itty bitty, but is usually a very good eater.  I'll go pick him some dandelions for his lunch.  He likes those a lot.
