A while ago I mentioned that I'd joined Spark People, at the suggestion ( well many suggestions over time) of my daughters.
I've now lost 13 pounds since tracking my food, and getting some foods that were bad for me - dairy - out of my diet. I love spark people for their site mods that have a nutritional counter, which is only a little tricky to use. You have to get the hang of it or maybe it was just me.
It's energized me. Well, except for my knitting which has come to a dead stop again. That food tracker is tremendously motivating. But, if you are interested, the link is there, and the community is there, and they are wonderfully supportive. And, there are some fabulous recipes there, too, from Meg, I think.
