Sky Watcher...

We had more rain starting on Tuesday night and through part of yesterday; rain isn't unusual but fairly rare for April.  This may be a very curious year for weather.   More rain fell at 11 pm, too.

There's something exciting about the sky after a storm.  It makes me want to fly away, and make a new home in the desert..  But then, California is mostly desert.  Sort of fitting.

Stay healthy and dry, and keep looking up at that sky.

 How about an Aeonium?

From the garden, with a little red tipping from the cold weather

The big camera's back!  It's good as new, and Canon really got it back to me FAST!   I love this camera, small and easy to handle, and full of amazing tools.

Basically I'm recovering from shock.  I learned too much about something.  It's amazing what gets under the radar in a country with a free press, eh?  I'll see you later in the week.  I can see everything so clearly now,  I just don't like what I see, and don't know what to do about it.  Something has to be done.  These are our children, for the Love of Truth!

  1. sigh. I wish we could get some of your rain - it's been so dry here I wonder if the crops will come up in the fields.

  2. Friends in Texas and in Colorado are saying that it's very dry in those places, too. It's a big concern right across the country.

For some reason the big Pacific storms are not carrying in as far as they used to on this coast. I hope you get some good rain, and soon, for the sake of the gardens and the crops.
