Lest we forget.

My hopes for For Ireland, which has suffered much.  
To our Grandparents' Ireland, whose people came to America, fleeing a famine, while Millions died at home from an indifference which showed no mercies for their miseries nor did it make a move to alleviate the problems.   It simply watched as they were gathered in to their Mother, the Earth.

May Ireland's children be able to stay home with their families, and Prosper there.

May we learn to forgive it if not forget it. Maybe not as St. Patrick would surely have urged, but a healing none the less.
