THIS link goes to the Page called Our Children's Trust. It was started last year and an Oregon judge just struck down the government's attempt to thwart the suit. HERE's the link to the entire document, in PDF form, that was submitted to the U.S. District Court in Oregon.
The U.S. Navy certainly seemed to agree that every part of Government should do it's part, but because The USN got their necks jumped on when it was first introduced, they have not expanded their biofuels experiment beyond the Green Fleet as of January of this year.
