The internet is a CREATION of the United State's of America's people's government.  Now to use it, they will have to pay whatever pre-ordained price that Private Industry, which can use it for free, now can charge?  And get 'limited' and probably 'pay per view' websites selected from whatever the Net company decides to offer?
