The Republican Party should be ashamed of how it's upper echelons are misleading their rank and file members. Totally ashamed.
I'vw just about given up on following what passes (if you close your eyes and don't look) for politics, the amount of "he said" "but HE said..." "what I really meant was..." is too much like a tennis match with too many people and not enough rackets. But plenty of balls.

Mittens, I agree. For now, I am hurting for my People, those voiceless minions who pay all the salaries of the good and the bad in Washington D.C.. And,believe me, they just don’t get their money’s worth. I’m going to keep knitting my fingerless gloves, and let the “Ruiners of the Earth” get sorted out by the “Upstairs Gallery”. For now that is.... I’m not giving up, just regrouping, though this blog is not the battleground anymore.
