This quote really tugged at my heart because I believe that Love is the most important healer of all things. It sure healed me, maybe a little too late to save me from making stupid mistakes, but save me it did, indeed. I hope I've passed some silent love along to help save some others in my time on earth.
Gretchen is coming along nicely. I have to buy a big white balloon to show you what she looks like, though. The Hedgerow socks were on hold until I find some sock yarn but I think I've found it in the stash. Today, also, I'm sewing up a gift that is just about a year late. Last Year's somewhat Christmas present for a DD. It's been lingering patiently in the sewing room. Along with the baby quilt for my darling little grandniece.
Post cards! I will post them as soon as they are scanned. These are the ones that members of my group very kindly sent me when I was very busy. The newest ones are to be about famous paintings. I've chosen, "The Scream", by Edvard Munch. This whole round will be so interesting.
Yesterday was DH's birthday and we had Chinese food take out for dinner, and played an Online game with two of our DD's. We also watched the movie "Chicago" before it went back again to the store. Tomorrow we are going to go to look at the showroom at the installation of retrofit windows. Also, I might bake blue berry muffins or Pina's blackberry cake tomorrow evening, too. The stove needs to be tested!
