70 Congress Members: Gas Prices Spiked By Speculators


Gasoline in mainland California, with 18 operating refineries , is more expensive than gasoline in Hawaii which has only two operating  refineries.  Now we know why?  I think the Dalai Lama is right.  It's money sickness.  A form of insanity.
