Cyndi Lauper sang, and also wrote, some beautiful songs. This song is a collaboration with Rob Hyman who sang back up in the original recording. Their voices were the perfect blend in a duet of this type. This particular video ends abruptly.
I picked this version for it's lovely and gentler sound. It sounds more acoustic to me even though there are leads.
Back in the Day, Bee wanted to dress up for Halloween as Cyndi Lauper. I helped make her outfit as well as some gorgeous black lace gloves. With her wild red hair and height, she was a gorgeous replicate. Those were Fun times. Of course the Little Sisters wanted to do this, too, which they did a few years later.
