The Prompt is Exhale:
I'm sorry, I can't relate to this word. When I think of Exhale the only thing that springs to mind, this whole day of thinking of the word, is to attach it to the word, "relief". This is the relief from holding one's breath, usually in disbelief at something that has just happened, or that coming up from deep water and needing a breath. But first, you have to exhale some air, to make room for expanding the lungs.
Perhaps one has just had a lucky escape, so after holding one's breath for awhile while concentrating on the task at hand, the next event is to Exhale.
Or, here's one I've thought about for a long time. If Krisna has the whole Universe down His throat, Maybe He exhaled and it all flew out into space in a big bang Exhale? Maybe that is why it is expanding but also slowing down. Maybe Krisna will inhale and draw everything back into His lungs?
Anyway, these are my thoughts for what it's worth.

Interesting post....something for me to chew on today.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment, Wendy. About the Vedas from which the story of Lord Krishna comes: they were destroyed by the British, when they took over India. Luckily, some were restored later by Gurus who had committed them to memory! But what was lost? The Vedas are all allegorical in style, but SUCH amazing allegory indeed!
DeleteI found the word Exhale a bit hard too!
