What's going on in this pic? It's got the immediate quality of a phone pic but the quality of good camera. It's almost like they're dancing.
ReplyDeleteIt is a good quality camera.absolutely. The photographer is from New Orleans. The subject was standing still, with her right hand folded across her body, and I think her eyes were closed. As the riot police rushed up to her, it created the billowing in her skirt. The police expected her to move or to run. She didn't, and they slammed on the brakes, so to speak.
